ESR15 Manahil Zulfiqar took part in the 18th IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine (BIBM), which took place from December 3-6, 2024, in Lisbon, Portugal.
During the conference, Manahil presented her poster titled "Profiling Peripheral Artery Structures Using CT Scan Data with Curve Planar Reformation and Gaussian Mixture Models in Polar Coordinates." The poster introduced a novel approach for visualizing peripheral arteries and their surrounding anatomical regions, addressing the inherent complexity of these structures due to their intricate nature.
