Best Paper Award at ICBES 2025

Our ESR1, Mohammed A. Abo Arab, has received the Best Paper Award at the 12th International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and Systems (ICBES 2025) for the paper titled:

“Automated Risk Stratification of Peripheral Artery Disease via Optimized Volume Rendering and Vascular Biomarkers.”

Authors: Mohammed A. AboArab, Vassiliki T. Potsika, Alexis Theodorou, Sylvia Vagena, Fragiska Sigala, and Dimitrios I. Fotiadis.

The award was presented at ICBES 2025, held on August 17–19, 2025, in Paris, France, as part of the 11th World Congress on Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems and Sciences (EECSS 2025), organized by International ASET Inc.
