The 1st Complementary Skills Training Course of the DECODE project took place in Montpellier, France on 10-13 May 2022. The ESRs had the chance to meet in person for the first time and to attend training activities on communication (teaching, oral, writing) and interpersonal (supervisory, counselling, negotiating, teamwork) skills.
The course was organised by Prof. Tahmer Sharkawi from University of Montpellier in collaboration with Dr Katarzyna Szymanska from Science to the Point (www.sciencetothepoint.com) who animated the training.
