On December 5th, 2023, our partner MedApp organized a three-hour webinar for the DECODE students entitled "Introduction to Deep Learning in Image Processing and Analysis with Live Coding", thus providing a comprehensive dive into the world of deep learning in medical image analysis.
The webinar focused on the:
1. Introduction to Deep Learning in Medical Image Analysis: The esteemed lecturer of the webinar, Dr. Marek Wodziński explored the fundamentals and significance of deep learning in medical contexts.
2. Medical Image Segmentation: Participants delved into the intricacies of identifying and delineating structures within medical images.
3. Live Coding - Implementing a Segmentation Pipeline using MONAI framework: Dr. Wodziński demonstrated the practical implementation of a segmentation pipeline using the MONAI framework.
